Vendor Tickets and Fees
The Flea Market is always free for buyers.
The Flea Market fee is a single price for each booth space, which consist of two parking spaces. The price of one booth space is $50. The vendor receives two vehicle passes for each purchased booth space. One vehicle is parked in the space during the sale and the other vehicle is unloaded and leaves the area before the sale begins. Vehicles and loads are limited to a maximum height of seven feet.
A vehicle towing a trailer requires the purchase of two booth spaces at $100. The vehicle and trailer remain parked in one booth space during the sale and merchandise is sold out of the other space. A second vehicle is included in the ticket purchase.
Vendor tickets are sold at The Woodlands Township, 2801 Technology Forest Drive, during the three weeks before each Flea Market. Typically, vendor tickets are sold in the Panther Creek shopping center during the weeks before a Flea Market, but that will be confirmed on this Website prior to sale dates. Currently only cash, checks and money orders are accepted. Credit Cards are not accepted at this time.
